Shop here often customer service is great you just can't find a lot of service
Had an item that wouldn't scan today, the helper in self checkout was able to get it straitened out despite the growing number of problems in the zone. Past experiences beyond this have been mixed from broken items to a short selection of men's Christmas sweaters. Normally a cleaner store with a well kept selection. As far as Walmart goes it's pretty good.
The prices don't have to be as high as they are. They need more employees during the busiest days. Friendlier employees needed.
Was unable to purchase Christmas decorations after 9 p.m. because the store does not want to pay people to run the garden center I was very disappointed Walmart should do better if Laurens cannot support a 24-hour Supercenter Walmart should close it
It's alright if you like a big store. They have most anything you might be interested in. The only problem I have with them is they treat you like a criminal when you try to leave. They have cameras everywhere and then you check out and they go through everything then they have another guard at the doors wanting to see your receipt again. I can see it on the big box items but if you just have a few groceries and they are mostly in bags it should be pretty obvious you went through a check out process and don't need to be hassled going to the car!
