I've been going to different Great Clips for the past 4 years - with the majority of my visits back in my college town, but at a few other locations too.
Workers all were happy, and when my son's hair was finished we were both happy they did a great job on his hair! Thank you great clips and a special thank you to Jason for a great job!

Fantastic customer service experience
My Son & I checked in online and yes we still had to wait but I needed a Miracle for the Hot Mess my hair had grown out to & JASON took the time to talk to me about the way I was growing it out, stopping the many years of coloring and how it had so many different layers and "looking like a bad version of Cousin It". (My words). He then took the time to check it out and discuss the possibility of hair cuts and styling that he could do that would blend the layers, keep the length and be easier for me to maintain at home/style myself (even showed me how to after the cut). He called it an Old School Elliptical cut. And it was PERFECT ALL THE WAY AROUND!! So if that's why we have to wait our turn, to have the PERSONAL Time to make sure that the customer is not only happy in the salon but at home later too, then it is worth the wait!!
Fantasia may have been the best stylist I've had - she was good, but more importantly she was attentive, friendly and fun to talk with, and despite 3 or 4 mid-way modifications, she was patient and even encouraging when I wanted to try something new. As a result, I didn't feel like a burden and experimented with a different style, which looks great now
