This company cost me about $1,000 in fees cause they couldn't understand how to change my bank account draft from month to month. One month it would come out of the right account, next month who knows where they were trying to get it from. Called Kirby and got a typical politician response of something like ill look into but I don't care so long as I have your money so don't expect a solution.
