Staff was very friendly and inviting. Food was above my expectations and tasted good. Very clean restaurant also.
Service was okay, wait time was fair for a new facility but the food has been awful everytime. The roast beef is always cooked too long and cold. The last time my family ate there we became sick. I've always said we needed a Arby's in our town but they need to do some deep sanatizing to this place and retrain all the employees. Hope it gets better because my family sure enjoys a Arby's sandwich from time to time.
Employees were very rude, we ended up walking out. It's not the customers fault they were understaffed, we certainly did not mind having to wait on lunch. But we sure didnt deserve the nasty tones of the cashier and manager. This resterant no longer needs to worry about us coming back again. This was on a Thursday around 1:30
My husband and I chose dine in, midday and the dining room was very messy. We had to wipe our own table off. Sweet tea was out, as well as Dr. Pepper and Arby's sauce. The best part was they were out of roast beef. And we watched about 10 people turn right back out because of that.
Good food. Service was great. Personally I didn't like their loaded fries but rest of food was good.
