I boarded my dog and he already had all shots including influenza vaccine. He was given the influenza by this staff even though I told them he already had it and it was on his shot record. This was given only 4 days after the 1st dose. On top of that, I called the office on Monday after their confusion Saturday (they told me 3 times he needed vaccine but I kept telling them NO he didn't. I asked the lady to please make sure he didn't get it), to confirm it wasn't given to him. They never told me about their mistake. I will never use them for any services again!
