Scheduled service for 2013 F350 diesel to replace two fuel filters. My bill was 243.19. I thought that extremely excessively overpriced. Call two separate Ford dealerships within 50 miles of Laurens SC. One dealership quoted me a price of 219.00. Ford dealership in Greenville SC quoted me a price of 160.00. I find the difference to be shocking. I will never again visit Firming Ford in Laurens again.

Firmin Ford is exceptional, not once, not twice, but even after 3 purchases, exceptional. I drive about an hour to go to Firmin Ford but the level of service and the genuine care from the people across the entire dealership is worth every mile. I highly recommend the product (I've had an Escape, C-Max, and Fusion) but you can find Ford's anywhere; what you can't find everywhere is the very special people that work there, they truly care about getting me the best deal, the best service, and they really want to help me get the car I want.
