Took my vehicle there .they never got it right.tried to charge me for parts that were never installed.had to get mechanic up to the service desk.to tell them.that the parts they were trying to charge me for.was not installed.they were not knowledgeable at all.front end mechanic.could not even line up the front end.on the vehicle.and when I complained.they would not refund my money.i had to take my vehicle and drive forty miles.to Greer SC.to Bradshaw Chevy.their front end mechanic.can to the waiting area and told me.what I needed to know about the alignment and they aligned the front end.no problem.they did what Smith Chevy could not do.i paid twice.but it was worth it.to experience.a professional.dealership.that has people.that can get the job done right.the first time.

By far the best dealership within 100 miles. I talked to them all and to be honest I'm amazed at how little effort the others put forth. Especially being I was looking to buy not just looking. Everyone was nice and went above and beyond to make me feel at home even 800 miles away.
We can into the dealership to drive a used Chevy Volt and were extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with. They were very low pressure but very knowledgeable and informative. They even let us take the car home overnight to drive it. While we didn't purchase the Volt (it was only because it lacked features like a backup camera that we really wanted), we will definitely go back to Smith Chevrolet when we need another car and will recommend them highly to anyone we know who is looking for a new or used car. Had an engine warning light come on while traveling from North Carolina to Florida. Smith was the closest dealership, and they were fantastic! Promptly ran diagnostic tests and did a test drive to ensure the problem was resolved. And no charge to boot! Excellent!!
