Service great, food sitting under a heat lamp.
I have ate here 50+ times. If you order from the KFC menu then you'll be fine. I however prefer long john silvers and my favorite is the shrimp. If freshly prepared it tastes amazing but 50% of the time it has been sitting under a heat lamp. You can always tell because the shrimp will be a very dark brown color and taste rubbery. Yesterday I was in a hurry and ordered an 8 piece shrimp combo and got a little way down the toad, opened my box and 8 very old pieces of shrimp. I ate two pieces and couldn't eat anymore. Today I've been throwing up and feel just awful and I can still taste the greasy flavor. If they would serve fresh healthy food I would give 5*'s but its ridiculous that I have to pay for food I can't eat and get sick because I attempted to try eating it. This is a $7 combo without a drink..... The food should be edible.
